Shipping Policy
Hey there, just to clarify, order processing time is how long I take to prepare your order, meaning the time you see on checkout should be added to the time I mention below :)
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The courier used is Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class, meaning any strikes, any issues, any diversions in your order once is shipped is outside of my control. There's also the possibility of unfortunate delays if too many orders roll in. Everything will be done to ship your order the earliest possible, and if any issues arise you'll be informed with updates through email.
Local delivery
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for orders over £10 within 2 kilometers of M20 3LR. For orders under £10, we charge £1 for local delivery.
Local Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm on Wednesdays. We will contact you via email with the email address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the parcel's arrival. It's your responsibility, if you're not able to be at the delivery address, to either provide or reply to emails requesting a safe place to leave the parcel (including protecting from the rain since the packages are made of cardboard).
International Shipping
We don't offer international shipping. Yet ;)
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You can visit the Returns Policy page by clicking here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hi@fullmistica.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
